Bennix is Linux Distro built off of an Ubuntu Alternate install. It uses gnome-core instead of ubuntu-desktop. The programs it comes with are below.

It has bunch more too. Currently uses Ubuntu Repositories. Planning on adding my own.

It doesn't of a boot splash screen because I had trouble making an USplash. And can't get splashy to work.

ISO contains both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Including bootable video that I also made with Ubuntu. Feel free to search for Bennix on You Tube or goto the http://www.bennix.net

The firefox Ubufox plugin has also been modified to use http://start.bennix.net as the home page.
