Debian Live 20061002
" The Debian Live project aims to create Debian Live CDs, DVDs, USB-stick and netboot images for the Etch release (and newer).
A Debian Live system is a Debian operating system preinstalled in some way, that does not require a classical installer to be used. It comes on media, like a cdrom, a usb-stick, or over a network. [...]
Although you can easily build and customize your own Debian Live images on your own with live-package, we offer prebuilt images for download [...]
Currently, there are the following flavours of Debian Live:

This image contains only packages of the standard system
(Priority: standard).
* debian-live-${DIST}-${ARCH}-gnome.iso

* debian-live-${DIST}-${ARCH}-kde.iso
